After losing more than $150,000 due to fraudulent charges on his accounts, Dulien used surveillance footage to help identify the thieves. The gang’s method involved stealing phones and wallets and then accessing bank accounts through hacking. Authorities arrested one key suspect, Moundir Kamil, a hacker with a criminal history. Dulien has since recovered most of his money and feels safer knowing the thieves are being pursued by law enforcement.

 Ex North Dakota State Senator Ray Holmberg has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for a sex crime involving a minor. The sentencing follows an investigation that revealed inappropriate conduct, leading to charges against him. Holmberg, who served in the state legislature for several decades, expressed remorse during the court proceedings.
